We challenge the conventional spiritual narrative that often urges ego dissolution and instead propose a revolutionary approach: building and balancing the ego, particularly for women. Why should women focus on bolstering their ego? Historically and culturally, women have been conditioned to be nurturing, self-effacing, and accommodating, often at the expense of their own identity and power. This podcast aims to shake up this narrative. We explore how, unlike the overinflated egos that men are often encouraged to develop, many women need to strengthen their sense of self to achieve true empowerment and spiritual fulfillment.
