Starting a consulting agency for realtor contractors lead RJ to decide to start flipping and wholesaling houses. After his first deal, he knew real estate investing was for him. He may have started small, but one of his best investments now includes a portfolio of 69 properties, all needing renovation, but with high cash flow potential.
