How can you access what’s within you? Just because you’ve done it that way in the past, doesn’t mean you have to do it that way now. We all have choices but we need to learn to access them. We believe that we’re going to start to see the rise of the family business, as families come together to help one another. There is so much skill in the household that it is a ‘no-brainer’ to at the very least consider this as an option. We’ve also picked up that those reaching 50 and beyond, believe they’ll struggle going forward. We think differently and if you’re a senior executive who is looking to the future then let’s start a conversation.
