"In the UK, 31% of adults fail to save with 50% of UK households without a budget... these habits start young and out of school." Taught as an 11 year old kid to manage his own finances by his diligent accountant parents, Alick spent his adult life observing most people had no clue when it came to personal budgeting and saving. He set out to create a kids bank Osper to address the endemic spending crisis and instill healthy financial habits early on in life. Today, Osper has over 100k kids banking and spending with their own debit card through a subscription service.
