Applying Artistic Layering

Effectively Applying Artistic Layers/Layering Several years back, I created this term for the purposes of providing a definition or description within my Creatives Workshop to assist the Worship Arts Leader, Youth Pastor, or Children/Youth Church Directors in creating meaningful worship centered projects, events, and/or productions to enhance and infused the Arts into the Worship Experience. Artistic Layers/Layering defined is: "The layering of one main platform of a genre of Art that is shared in sync with other platforms to create a different experience during the Worship Service." Utilizing this technique, requires a bit of home work just a any Art Project whether its Choreography, Visual Arts, or as simple as preparing the list of songs for Praise and Worship. Artistic Layering enables you to create a focused message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a language where they can hear His voice and desire to know Him better.
