🌌ALL AGES are WELCOME! So Bring All Your Loved Ones! Children under 7 will be engaging in Ninja Science Academy with our trainers. It is Wellness through the lens of Science and Martial Arts🌌 WHAT TO EXPECT: Opening Circle | Movement | Breathwork | Vocal Warmups with Harmonium | Drum & Song Circle Sound Healing | Community Meal Opening Circle: We will have an icebreaker game to get to know eachother! Movement : We will engage in Joint Lubrication and Immersive Yoga Flow mixed with Martial Arts. Breathwork: There will be variety of Breathworks we will do together: Bikram Deep Breathing | Kundalini | Wim-Hof Method | Kapalbhati, Rapid Fire of Breath Vocal Warmups: We will learn Music Theory through the Harmonium and Our Vocals. We will do different Harmony Practices and Engage in Various Vocal Warmups to get ready for Song Circle. Drum & Song Circle: We will learn Rhythm Practice with variety of different songs to sing along. Garret has many of his original songs that are filled with Light that puts you through an immersive experience. Sound Healing: Garret Rhea just started implementing incredible new techniques that creates a musical experience along with reaching a meditative state of mind🕊✨ Instruments being used are : 50” Paiste Gong, 32” Paiste Gong, Wind Gong, 7 Crystal Bowls Set, Native American Flute, Tongue Drum, Vocals, Guitar, Ocean Drum,Rainstick, bells ( all instruments tuned at 432 Hz ) Community Meal: ITS A POTLUCK ! So If you feel called, Bring a Healthy Vegetarian Dish to Share. We will also be making homemade organic food for everyone! Hope you like Curry ;) We will Bless the Food with Love and Light Together. Then we will engage in Silent Eating for 5 minutes! That’s my favorite part! During Dinner we will engage in Forum Based Discussions and Talks to Build Our Community Together. Song Circle | Drum Circle We will come together by the Fire Place and Drum and Sing together! If you feel called to Dance, I will definitely be Dancing:) Closing Circle: We will do 2 Glows and 1 Grow so we get a chance to grow as a community together and everyone’s voice is being heard.
