I share this to highlight that you can come off a high, hit a low, and find it within yourself to reset, with kindness and hindsight, if you create the right space and have the right mindset I know so many mentees have struggled with setbacks, perhaps an opinion from a manager or colleague, a presentation gone wrong, or a role they had their heart on not secured. So this is a little check in on how I dealt with this situation, my learnings and takeaways that I hope will not only help, but provide you with some confidence for that next little judder bar when you stumble across it.
