Audio Coffee: On Fear of the Unknown

On this episode of the Real Rebel Podcast Audio Coffee edition, we talk all about the fear of the unknown. About that feeling we all have as we're about to make a big decision or take a new step in a direction we've never been before. Fear is sometime that is very much a part of the human experience. It's not about being fearless, but about recognizing that the fear we imagine is just that, a figment of our imagination. A story we've crafted using past experience or the stories of other people's past experiences. The bottom line is, that change means doing things differently. It means stepping into the unknown. We can never know for sure what's on the other side of that scary decision. But what we can do is trust in our capacity to handle whatever it is that waits for us on the other side.
