Aaron Rose: On Living in the Frequency of Love Now

On this episode, I talk with Aaron Rose who can be best described as a love technician. More specifically, he is a motivational speaker, transformational coach, writer, and educator who work involves supporting public figures in owning their voice and stepping into greater leadership and impact in their own unique way. Sitting down and talking with Aaron was as easy and breathing. One of the things I appreciate the most about him is the clear and concise way he describes very illusive and deeply complex spiritual topics. And we dive into all of it including energy, trust, bullying, suicide, money, intentions and their importance, honoring our desires, owning our power and why we often shy away from it, our need to be seen, the importance of rest, how time is changing, and much more. Aaron also takes us through his list of birthday intentions for 2019. So many of them stirred up realizations within myself and stoked the fire in my own belly, so I'm hoping in listening to them it will do the same for you.
