If you talk to enough people, you will make a deal." - Jaelin White (click to tweet) Points to Keep In Mind Deals that appear too good to be true are because of convenience You can flip houses from other countries Form your LLC after closing your first deal Figure out what your profit is by multiplying value of property by 80% Then subtract cost of repairs Usually ends up around 10% of the starting value Most deals require some sort of money exchanged in beginning phase for binding Every month in LA, there's around 300 properties that sell for less than 50% of their value You must bring value to your relationships to sell properties Selling properties is a numbers game You're not going to make money without bringing value There is no longer an excuse for being broke The wholesaling process is simple, but it's not easy Backing out of a deal isn't easy because of the inspection period Set the expectation of a due diligence period The standard When you're assigning a contract, the buyer pays the closing cost Once you have a business making money, you will find it fulfilling to help people The biggest mistake people make is following the wrong advice The reason you're not making income is because you're not taking action The hardest thing to do is get started You don't need to quit your job to start selling real estate
