Even if you think you're an excellent communicator, chances are there's still room for improvement. Over the next couple of months, I will be sending you a series of short podcasts exploring an exciting concept I call, "communicating in the flow." Flow is that highly focused mental state that allows people to perform at peak levels. When we communicate in the flow, magic transpires. We form almost spiritual connections and find ourselves communicating in ways so insightful that we can surprise even ourselves.
