Landed Property has no Depreciation while any construction will have a life span and depreciate over time. The landed property will have more growth because it is open to Use as per time and location while the use of construction will remain the same for all time. Landed property use may be upgraded as per the development of the area i.e Urban small farms may be upgraded to Residential or commercial purposes.
