FiDE#3 - Intentional Decisions Model

In this episode of the FiDE broadcast we explore the Intentional Decisions Model. Intentional Decisions is a compelling model for raising awareness of the possibility of choice (a variety of choices), serves as an ethical framework for our choices and empowers us with the ability to decide (the process of choosing, i.e. pick one). In other works, what the model does is threefold; makes choices available, reinforces the choice and serves as an ethical framework. The nice thing is that it is based on the same three dimensions in all cases - empathy over sympathy, proactivity before reactivity and engagement instead of attendance. We have been taught the story of becoming best in the world - a story where competition and materialism rules. The Intentional Decisions introduce a new theory of causality connected with a new theory of choice. The model sets out with the breathtaking insight of us as creators of our future and focuses on how we as people of planet earth can find both why and ways to co-create a new story for humanity based on guiding principles and intentional decisions.
