We live in a world where in less than 20 years, the digital space would have advanced to creating a key functioning space for Artificial Intelligence in impacting not only our daily living pattern, also impacting business/ organization processes. Businesses / Brands that will therefore not iterate this advance approach as a means of staying abreast with modern business trend for effective customer relations soon enough, will become either obsolete and irrelevant with their CSR.
