She also serves in the Tennessee Air National Guard, and she previously led operations at the Shelby County Health Department. Dr. Leana S. Wen , MSc , is a physician and professor of health policy and management at George Washington University. She served as the Baltimore City Commissioner of Health from 2014 to 2018.
