TJ Reeves is a mind-body builder, focused on growing every aspect of human life: mind, body, relationships, and business. To train his mind, he has spent 3 years meditating every day without failure, taken some of the most powerful psychedelics known to man, and read one book per week for years on topics like psychology, history, philosophy, religion, and economics. To train his body, he won championships in football, lacrosse, and track in field at Johns Hopkins university before qualifying to compete in American Ninja Warrior and Broken Skull Challenge. And to train in his business productivity, he spent 3 years researching the neuroscience of addiction and perception at Hopkins.
