This week we have a very special guest, coach Kev's one and only sister Marina Stirdivant. As a mother, teacher and entrepreneur, Marina has experienced firsthand the difficulty that comes with balancing a busy lifestyle while maintaining hers and her families health. From her own successes with holistic healing and yoga she began teaching yoga in 2011 and shortly after became a certified health coach. Her initial certification came from Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in over 100 dietary theories and innovative lifestyle coaching techniques by some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. She continues to stay modern and up to date with health theories and concerns in our community and for our future. Marina is passionate about making your health journey fun, inspiring, intuitive and all about your bio-individuality, the idea that one persons food is another persons poison. She works with clients individually to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. Marina's most recent project is Connect Studio, a space for creative teachers, artists and entrepreneurs to live out their passion and purpose. @yogarays_ @connectstudiospace
