How do we solve the change and engage the problem in digitalization? Fraser has been working in digital initiatives for over a decade and one of the main areas of resistance he has seen over his career is change efforts fail due to employee resistance. When employees resist digital transformation, it's often because employees are not comfortable with new processes and technologies, fearing job insecurity or increased workload with the adoption of new digital tools.
