The Future: Planning for Open Doors

Across Nova Scotia Municipalities are preparing for Municipal Elections. With this process there are lots of candidates, ideas and visions for the future of our communities. The Town of Yarmouth is no exception; many candidates are running with similar campaign slogans about “Opening Doors”. With so many people talking about the future, the Planning Advisory Committee would like to take the time to step back and talk about the next four years for the Town; what is working and where they would like to see changes. As part of this episode, the Town of Yarmouth will also provide all the information you need to get to the polls and vote on the big day such as who is running in our area, how to vote and when to vote.
