Behaviours are what you will do, not what you can do. Most recruitment processes ask questions about a time a candidate's done something well. But most people can think of one time they've done any particular thing well. What you really want to know is how they behave day-in and day out, and whether that's what your business needs. Without the right behaviour, the skill is worthless. Studies show that the behaviour is the key difference between good and superior performance in any job.
