WELCOME BACK TO SEASON 2! This week we chat to Robert Valley, an animation director based in Canada. Robert has worked on a variety of projects from Aeon Flux, to The Gorillaz, to Tron Uprising. He has also produced comics and short films, including his Massive Swerve series, and his latest film, Pear Cider and Cigarettes. We talk to him about his career, including what it's like working with directors such as Peter Chung, Pete Candeland, and Alberto Mielgo. We get into the trials and tribulations of producing an independent animated film, and the story behind the film itself. Spoiler Alert!
