Cooperation towards Resilience: Energy and Water Critical Infrastructure Management in the Inter-American System

He highlights that parliamentarians have an important role in this process through the promotion of parliamentary cooperation, ratification of agreements, creation of efficient legislation, and carrying-out oversight.
