"Gaslighting" is the latest term in pop culture psychology. I've actually heard the term for 40 people (yes, I took a tally) over the last 3 weeks. Is this going on in your parenting or is this yet another psychological concept that is being overly used like everything else. Dr. Dan van Ingen is a clinical and sport psychologist in Sarasota, FL.
