The key to being successful in sales is to discover what is not working in the customer's life and then link the solution to your product. Too often we go into a conversation and think what can we get out of the person. But in reality we must serve by focusing on what we can do for them being non-attached to an outcome. ; There is a difference between you telling the person that they 'need' it rather than asking them questions to discover for themselves if they need your product. It is simply a matter of power vs. force.
