Running a company named Parallel HR - Growing up in the east coast in New Jersey and the son of an entrepreneur in a middle class family. Although his dad was absent it taught him that hard work was a natural part of life. After graduating from a university Michael got a job selling home improvements door to door in some of the toughest neighborhoods on the east coast. Michael fell into a gambling addiction for 20 years, and he believes that it never leaves you but he's made it a life project to overcome it.
