Yes, I got my autism diagnosis from a psychologist, but in reality my own self-diagnosis came long before that. I credit Sarah Hendrickx with giving me my biggest "aha" moment. I remember watching her YouTube video "Women & Girls & Autism: What's the Difference?" (linked HERE ) with my jaw dropped the entire time because it was SO relatable. Was she talking about me?? The resemblance was uncanny. When I asked her to be a guest on my pod she accepted and the rest is history.
