Roy is an expert in targeting river walleye while trolling and says anglers should add the technique to their springtime arsenal. Miller talks about his set up for river trolling, including Off Shore OR 12 boards and PWC crankbaits. He describes where to find fish, what direction to troll and why speed is important. He also talks about the need to respect fellow anglers on crowded river systems.
