This Permission to Quote is granted, contingent on the conditions herein, by The Lockman Foundation, a California non-profit corporation, having its principal place of business in La Habra, California, hereinafter called "LOCKMAN," to Dru Morgan, residing in Woodland Hills, CA, hereinafter called "REQUESTER." English language editions of the New American Standard Bible, copyright 1960, 1962, 1963, 1968, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1975, 1977, 1995 are hereinafter referred to as "THE LICENSED WORKS." REQUESTOR desires to produce its own original audio recording of THE LICENSED WORKS (hereinafter "AUDIO EDITION") and LOCKMAN hereby grants the non-exclusive right to REQUESTER to produce and distribute the AUDIO EDITION or portions thereof in streaming form in blogs, video, and audio on REQUESTER's web site, provided that all copies will be distributed for free. The AUDIO EDITION may not be sold or distributed in such a way that allows for a complete book to be downloaded onto a users computer. The non-exclusive right to use the trademarks "NEW AMERICAN STANDARD BIBLE," "NEW AMERICAN STANDARD," "NASB," and "NAS" in connection with the distribution of AUDIO EDITION and to associate said trademarks only with The Lockman Foundation and AUDIO EDITION. LOCKMAN's copyright notice, permission to quote notice, and such other notices as LOCKMAN may from time to time designate, must be placed in a conspicuous place: New American Standard Bible Copyright © 1960, 1962, 1963, 1968, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1975, 1977, 1995 by The Lockman Foundation La Habra, Calif. All rights reserved For Permission to Quote Information visit . This Permission to Quote may not be sub-licensed, assigned or transferred voluntarily, by operation of law, by merger or other corporate proceedings, or otherwise, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of LOCKMAN. This Permission to Quote shall be deemed to have been made in La Habra, California, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any litigation arising out of or related to this Permission or the subject matter thereof shall be litigated in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Orange County, California. REQUESTER waives any objections it may have to such forum, whether based on venue, jurisdiction over the person, forum non conveniens, or otherwise. This permission shall be deemed to be in effect on September 17, 2010, and shall continue in effect until September 17, 2013, unless sooner terminated by a violation of the conditions herein. This permission shall automatically renew at the end of each term for an additional 1-year term, unless Lockman provides notice, 90 days prior to the end of said term.
