Prince , Vice President and Senior Consultant, Operations Management in NAPL's Professional Services Group, discusses the production management track of the management institute. Ray is a printing industry veteran with extensive experience in plant assessment, operations training, and troubleshooting. In addition to his work with individual printing companies, Prince has conducted hundreds of seminars, lectures, and training sessions.
