Episode 14 All My Single Nannies & Mannies

In this episode, Lucy brings up the debate around being a Nanny/Manny and being unable to have your own life in terms of a partner and why families don't seem to understand the importance of this aspects for work life balance. She also talks about being 'put down' as 'just a Nanny' and how she coped with constant knock backs from guys she chatted to on nights out, and why she realised this was actually becoming a problem and it wasn't just something she was experiencing, other Nannies were stuck in this cycle too. We put a lot into our role as a Nanny, and sadly it can have an effect longterm on finding our own family unit happiness.
