Some of Shulman's most memorable issues have been the Millennium Issue, which cast readers as cover models, and the Gold Issue, depicting Kate Moss in silhouette. Shulman has always made a point of working against the promotion of unattainable beauty standards in fashion, addressing the issue in interviews and in her writing. It goes without saying that Shulman has become a legendary member of the fashion community and is in a unique position to give career advice and her thoughts on the future of fashion.
