Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place mini muffin liners in a regular muffin tin. 3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 4. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed until batter is thick but smooth. 5. Fill liners 3/4 full. 6. Bake for 12–15 minutes. 7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. FREE TRAINING!
