Blanket was not deposed but AEG may still choose to call him to the stand. - Conrad Murray is refusing to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit and will exercise his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination. -The Jacksons' are allegedly heavily relying on an e-mail AEG Live co-CEO Paul Gongaware wrote 11 days before Jackson's death to prove that Murray received pressure from AEG to pressure Michael to perform, despite his physical condition.
