Thiago has worked for several multinationals (Motorola, Ford, GM, HP, Pepsico, Omega, Roche, etc.) across the globe, in Brazil, Belgium, Canada, and now in the UK. In his career, Thiago has led 4 companies as an entrepreneur. In 2018, he co-founded his 5th company, Passion4Social, and the growth has been exponential: 600% last year, with 10 employees. He is passionate about diversity, social impact, and mainly helping people.
