This can be located in the midsection of our body and create physical dysfunctions. I am going to talk a little about the solar plexus or 3rd chakra then talk about what physically can happen in this area. As we create physical dysfunctions, lets also go deeper into the emotions of anger, power, autonomy ect. and mental forms that can contribute to the physical dysfunction.
