Have you ever seen a bowl full of fruit or nuts set out on an altar? What about a glass of water or a cookie and a cup of coffee? These are just a few of the things that can be left out on a personal or public altar for ancestors, spirits, or deities. But if these non-corporeal beings don't have bodies don't have bodies, why do we leave food and drink out for them? And if we do leave these things out for them how long do we leave them out for? In today's episode of Magic and the Law of Attraction we'll explore all of this and also learn what kinds of things are appropriate offerings, how to make offerings, where to leave them and how to choose or make the best kind of offering bowl.
