Pastor Mac Hammond reminded us that vision is not optional, it’s a biblical mandate. As the Bible declares in the Book of Proverbs 29:18, without vision people perish. Vision begins when the Word of God shapes our values and the Holy Spirit reveals God’s unique plan for our lives. But that vision isn’t about personal success, it’s about stewardship. Everything we have, our time, gifts, and resources belong to God and is meant to advance His kingdom. Through faithfulness in what seems “least,” especially our finances, we demonstrate who truly has our hearts. When we honor God, support His work, and remain faithful in another’s vision, like our local church, He brings clarity, opportunity, and momentum to our own. The message is clear: vision grows when we live as faithful stewards, using what God has given us to impact eternity.
