Pastor Jim also unpacked difficult passages like “Jacob I loved, but Esau I have hated,” showing that Paul highlights God’s sovereign purpose and covenant faithfulness rooted in faith rather than works. The message concluded with the hope of the Gospel: where the law could only cover sin, Jesus came to remove it completely.
