"The adrenaline kicked in, I couldn't feel the pain. I woke up three days later with my Dad and sister at the end of my hospital bed." Mountain leader, liason officer and finally, reconnaissance troop - a true Royal Marine. It was on that final tour of Afghanistan with 40 Commando's where this week's guest on Life or Death, Jon White, lost his right arm and both legs after stepping on a improvised explosive device.
