Daniel Hires, is the CMO and part of the executive board of directors at the Inner Development Goals Foundation. He joins us to talk about how the IDGs can help us solve the SDGs, and also make us better leaders. Rooted in interdisciplinary research, the IDG Framework consists of 5 dimensions with 23 skills of human inner growth and development. Inner Development Goals Foundation is a non-profit organization for inner development who research, collect and communicate science-based skills and qualities that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives.
