Below is the re-print of the FB event. I want to seriously THANK those who participated. This affected me so much I don't even know how to vocalize how grateful I am to all of you, participants & Honorees! This is a break from the normal discussion based style of Pagan Women's. It's a series of separate recordings, the voices of Pagan women. The main gist is that each of us would say someone they are honoring who has passed, and why/how this person is important. This can be family, friends, people who touched your life but whom you never met, animals, plants, etc. Remember Honoring someone means honoring a being that deserves it- -regardless of form or affiliation. Each of us would say it as if they were speaking to the person's face, and we don't give our own names so as to focus on the content of what we're sharing. I (Lamyka) will write the base sentences and give a time limit, that way there is continuity in what is being said. For those who are Pagan podcasters or those handy with recording they can record their own and get the mp3 to me (lamyka@gmail.com). Those who aren't too handy with recording can set a time with me on skype where I can record what you say. ========================== ==================== Below are the base sentences that all the recordings must have, also please keep the recordings between 5-10min. "Thank you. Thank you, <insert being's name>, you whom I Honor. I remember <insert memory of being that you would honor>. I hope to Honor you with my words of Remembrance as you Honored me with your presence in my life. <insert blessing of your chosen path>" **The above doesn't have to be entirely in english but if you do use multiple languages (I know I will) just make sure it's still understandable to those who only understand English. (ie: Thank you. Mahalo nui loa, <insert name>, you whom I Honor...// Mahalo nui loa means thank you very much in Hawaiian but I said it right after the english phrase 'thank you' so the listener can probably infer that)** Lady Bless, Lamyka
