The BMW quickly sped away, but did so in front of a handful of witnesses who were able to provide a good enough description of the vehicle and the driver that it only took about two weeks for a tipster to call in and identify the suspect as 29 year old Dinh Bowman...a child genius who entered college at the age of 13, and launched his own boutique robotics engineering business while he was still a teenager. How did a chance encounter during rush hour turn into a violent, deadly scene?
