Game 8: Hunter Heats Up But KD is Kevin Durant

The Hawks fall 108-117 to the Brooklyn Nets in Brooklyn. De'Andre Hunter explodes for 26 points and hits all six of his three pointers but it is not enough as Kevin Durant goes for 32 points. KD gets a lift from Joe Harris, 18 points on six three pointers, and James Harden, 16 points and 11 assists. The Hawks are able to keep the game respectable but could not make any big push to try and lead late. The Hawks are at home to face the Jazz before heading on a four game road trip.
