In this episode, I have invited Vivian Pan who is a single mom activist, a certified life coach and relationship counselor where we will be talking about "How to overcome the Challenges and Struggles as a Single Parent" Vivian Pan is a single mother activist who has been divorced since her son was 3 years old. She has been speaking at the speaker's corner and appeared on local media and press like 6:30pm Chinese news, Chinese newspapers (Wanbao, Xin Ming, Zaobao), The Strait Times, the New Age Parents magazine and many more. Vivian is an inspiring woman with a strong voice that she uses to advocate for single mothers in Singapore. She had to learn the hard way how to be everything for her child. She understands what it means to give up on life to provide for their child and she wants single parents, like herself, all over the world, to know that they are not alone. In 2013 Vivian set up Single Parent Support Group which offers counseling sessions with children using art therapy. This group has helped many children heal from past traumas and has given them hope again. As well as this, Vivian specializes in counseling adults too where she uses gentle guidance and empathy to help individuals achieve their goals. Vivian Pan is a compassionate and caring individual. She has been helping people for many years, from counselling to life coaching. She is a certified life coach and relationship counselor who believes in grooming people into the best versions of themselves. Vivian strives to help everyone she meets, but her passion lies with single parents- giving them jobs and support where they need it most. Her lifelong dream is to be able to give jobs to many single parents so that they can take care of their children better than before when they were struggling financially.
