357: Northeast Newscast Launches New Podcast Series: “Women Speak”

On this week’s episode of Northeast Newscast, Julia Williams is joined in the studio with former representative for Missouri District 19 House of Representatives, Ingrid Burnett to introduce a new newscast series, “Women Speak.” Throughout this series, Ingrid will serve as a co-host, alongside Williams, as the two highlight local Kansas City women who work to influence policy and serve as trailblazers within their fields. This first episode will operate as a pilot, offering a background on the Women Speak hosts as well as an inside look at some future topics this series will uncover and an update on the upcoming Kansas City area school board election.
