I wanted to share a great clip from a real estate documentary that I was privileged to be part of. In this part of the documentary, a buyer with high standards and big goals find her dream home with the NAEA System and an expert adviser. Alma, a self-described “picky buyer,” was coached by her expert adviser and was able to find a home with all the features she wanted. Alma said she thought of this home as the next-to-last resting place for her. She wanted it to be perfect, and her expert adviser delivered. Alma also talks about moving from San Antonio and not being able to come to travel back and forth for certain things, and how her expert adviser was able to give her peace of mind by taking care of them.
