All things being equal, why do certain organizations or people succeed where others have failed? Well, in his book, Start With Why, Simon Sinek details the underlying factor for the success of some of the most innovative and influential people of all time, from Martin Luther King Jr. to Steve Jobs and more - they all share the same trait and it's not what you think. What tied these organizations and people together is a " why." A "why" penetrates deeper than a "what" (i.e., what you are doing) or a "how" (i.e., how you are doing it), and it pushes and motivates you to succeed beyond your peers. In this Chalk Talk, I'll show you how you can find and articulate your "why" so you can use it to elevate yourself to the highest levels.
