In Episode 24 of Joe Knows Madison I sit down and talk with Jonnah Perkins from the Vermont Valley Community Farm which is a family run Organic CSA farm in Vermont Wisconsin just west of Madison. Jonnah packs a lot into her days on the farm and is also a competitive ultra marathon runner, mother of 2, coach, writer, and adventurer.
