"When sickness hits your doorstep, you can’t help but to learn remove the cap and prioritize yourself. And even then, it took a while for me to learn it was okay for me to see about me. Sometimes the fear of letting others down keeps us from seeing about ourselves. I want to break that stigma! I also had to let go of wanting to save the world when I was dying; emotionally, spiritually, and physically. When your eyes are opened to see that you are the root cause of operating on fumes, it's a hard pill to swallow. We as women have got to do the work that we so eagerly want others to do for us; prioritize ourselves! Stephanee has over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions both ministry and corporate. Pinkney has a degree in Business and received her Personal and Executive coaching certification from Capp Institute in Atlanta, GA.
