Guest Biography , Steve Chiang Steve Chiang is Vice President and Chief IP Counsel at RPX Corporation, where he manages RPX’s validity challenges. Prior to joining RPX, he worked at various law firms including Oliff & Berridge, the Mueller Law Office, and Dergosits & Noah, on patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation matters. Prior to entering law school, Steve worked as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard and Mercury Interactive. Mr. Chiang received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of California Berkeley.
